If you want to see Mount Fuji on your Japan trip, there are a few vantage points – but two of the most popular are the Kawaguchiko and Hakone regions. You’ll find all the tips you need to plan your trip here – plus, details on some vantage spots you might not have considered.
While Kawaguchiko and Hakone are great day trips, rushing through here might not be the best plan, as Mount Fuji is only visible 70 days a year, so staying for a day or two can increase your chance of a beautiful view.
